About the role

As the Key Account Manager at FMCG Industry, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships within the retail and consumer products industry. This is a full-time position based in Bekasi West Java. You will play a strategic role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement account management strategies to maximise the value of key customer relationships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, building strong, collaborative partnerships
  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/upsell products and services
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Gather customer feedback and work cross-functionally to address any issues or concerns
  • Analyse account performance data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in a key account management or senior sales role within the retail or consumer products industry
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining key customer accounts
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive strategic decision making
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
