Key Account Executive (KAE) - Indonesia

Employment Background Screening (EBS) is an important and growing activity of the company and we search a Key Account Executive (KAE) to lead the day-to-day client relationship for all screening activities in Indonesia.

What will you do:

1. Manage the launch of all new screenings.
2. Present training of client representatives.
3. Deliver strong relationships with existing customers.
4. Encourage long-term business links ensuring that client needs are fully satisfied.
5. Handle all inquiries and feedback.
6. Maintain and update the client database.
7. Assist the field team with reporting activities.

Who we need:

1. Bachelor Degree or higher
2. Minimum 1 year work experience as a Customer Service Officer, Account Manager or Secretary - fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. High level of integrity
4. Well organized with strong administrative skills
5. Detail oriented with experience working in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to work to tight deadlines
7. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
8. Customer service-oriented
9. Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must; mastering other languages will be an advantage
