KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsible for checking the SKU, stock, and promotions to ensure the product is sent and received by the customer as it should be. Building good relationships with principals and platforms by providing quick responses and negotiations to create strong business partnerships that achieve business objectives. Additionally, make reports on monthly business reviews so that the principal and company can monitor the development of the ongoing business and use it as evaluation material for improvements in the next month. Calculate claims and recap the documents needed to be provided to the principal for claim payments.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• E-commerce platform management experience in data entry, product management, and sales support.
• Understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial.
