A brilliant career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Key Account Executive B2B to work for Godrej Indonesia. Godrej Consumer Product Limited (GCPL), an India-based company, acquired the PT Megasari Makmur group (now operating as PT Godrej Consumer Products Indonesia) engaged in home care in 2010. GCPI has now grown into a leading Home and Personal Care company in Indonesia, with factories located in Bogor and Bekasi. Responsibilities:

  1. Driving sales growth in the business-to-business (B2B) channel in the area coverage.
  2. Manage operational & implementation of B2B agenda within coverage area.
  3. Developing and managing relationships with existing & potential clients in HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés), government, hospital, etc.
  4. Area coverage: Sulawesi, Maluku, and Papua.

Requirements:

  1. Min Bachelor Degree (Preferable Major: Business, Management, Economy, Marketing).
  2. Min Experience: 3 Years in B2B Channel (handling Horeca / Hospitality & Health Care / Institution Building / Building Services / Manufacturing / Laundry).
  3. Have leadership skills, minimum experience handling a direct report team.
  4. Good skills in B2B Account & Distributor Management.
  5. Knowledge of Area Expansion.
  6. Good collaboration & communication with main stakeholders.
  7. Analytics & Digital Knowledge, e.g., M. Office (Excel & PowerPoint, Tools & Dashboard).
  8. Homebase in Makassar, Sulawesi.
