Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the IT department, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
• Supervise the maintenance and security of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Work with vendors and external IT service providers to implement and maintain IT systems.
• Ensure data security, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly updated.
• Monitor IT system performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to IT staff in troubleshooting and system enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT-related roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• General understanding of programming and database management, but expertise is not mandatory.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills to work with multiple departments.
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge IT and non-IT teams effectively.
