Junior Urban Designer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

1. Study the existing conditions of the region, community, or environment;
2. Conduct secondary surveys and/or primary surveys related to the area and city if required;
3. Analyze urban problems and make recommendations for future development;
4. Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to define problems and find solutions;
5. Handle projects as directed by the Urban Designer;
6. Participate in meetings with clients and/or stakeholders as assigned.

Qualifications And Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or other relevant field and/or Master's degree in Urban Design;
2. Possession of certification in a relevant field can be a plus;
3. At least 1 year of working experience in urban design;
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS, and other design tools;
5. Understanding of data analysis and strategy development in regional design principles;
6. Ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team;
7. Immediate availability;
8. Candidates are required to submit a portfolio.
