Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our team in Semarang. As a Software Engineer at Imperial Healthtech, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our healthcare management systems using the Flutter framework and Firestore. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
2. Integrate and manage Firestore databases within applications, ensuring seamless data synchronization and real-time updates.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
4. Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure a smooth user experience and high reliability.
6. Create and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and processes to ensure clear communication and continuity within the team.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter, Firestore, and development to continually enhance our products.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in application development using Flutter.
3. Strong knowledge of Firestore and experience in integrating it with mobile applications.
4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Dart.
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services.
6. Experience with version control tools like Git.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
10. Willingness to work on-site in Semarang.
