Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the achievement of company target revenue in Ecommerce Account Division that is assigned under him/her.
  2. Develop and carry out the strategic online/Ecommerce marketing plan.
  3. Regularly present the reporting of sales & marketing strategy in Online/Ecommerce Division.
  4. Monitor and supervise the Online/Ecommerce Division Team under him/her.
  5. Stay current with the online/ecommerce marketing environment and adapt strategy to best serve the company and keep pace with competition.
  6. Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans, and approaches in online/ecommerce business to help market and position KHK.
  7. Plan marketing and communications strategies for specific areas of KHK work and for different audiences in online/ecommerce business.
  8. Conduct market research analyzing buying behavior.
  9. Evaluate the look and feel of accounts used in campaigns or layouts.
  10. Develop and penetrate the CRM (customer relationship management) in the online/ecommerce customer business.
  11. Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalization of message, measurability, data analysis, customer profiling, and segmentation.
  12. Propose marketing budget for online/ecommerce account under his/her division, and regularly present reports regarding the budget.
  13. Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required from time to time.
