Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and supervise sales activities at outlets and discuss them with superiors.
  • Plan, create, prepare, supervise, and evaluate the master data of outlets and the visit routes of salesmen, including verification of route changes.
  • Plan work activities and supervise the implementation of visit routes efficiently.
  • Carry out control functions related to targets and work programs (supervisory calls, joint calls, call plan list).
  • Control the service level of product delivery to outlets to ensure it meets the ideal target.
  • Evaluate and report on the operational results of staple product sales and promotional activities carried out as needed.
  • Conduct daily briefings with salesmen to evaluate performance in achieving targets.
  • Attend weekly meetings for performance evaluation/business review to improve and enhance sales performance in covered outlets.
  • Analyze and evaluate market information from the sales team to identify business opportunities and propose promotional and distribution programs.
  • Evaluate and determine outlet registrations and salesman visit routes.
  • Implement, supervise, develop, and evaluate wholesale partner operations for products.

Role Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, but relevant experience can be a strong substitute.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the consumer goods or related industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs while providing exceptional service.
