To strengthen our position in Indonesia’s financial market industry, the Product Team at MIFX is actively seeking a full-time Junior Product Manager which will be a part of our Trading Tools division. A Product Manager will work closely with other divisions within the Product Team to brainstorm the best way to customize our offering to help clients towards achieving their financial goals in the FX market.

We expect a Product Manager to consistently lead our Trading tools department towards producing offerings that will significantly help existing and potential clients, by utilizing our app as a one-stop solution for all of the boundaries concerning the more challenging nature of the FX market itself.

What you will do:

1. Report and analyze business and engagement data to identify problems and areas for improvement periodically.
2. Identify potential user problems related to business issues and provide actionable insights.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
4. Manage and track project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of product features.
5. Proactively identify and overcome project blockers.
6. Take initiative in proposing solutions and driving projects to completion.
7. Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented attitude in overcoming challenges.

What you will need:

1. Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or any other related subject.
2. 1+ years of experience as Product Manager in a financial industry.
3. Deep understanding on the concepts of financial market, especially FX market.
4. 1+ years of personal trading experience in stock, crypto, or FX market is a plus.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use creative approaches to provide solutions through data.
6. Excellent organizational, influencing, and presentation skills.
7. Experience in operating analytics tools like Clevertap, Mixpanel or GA4 is a plus.
8. Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian fluently.
