Junior Payroll Consultant

As an AOS Payroll Junior you are required to:

1. Handle our clients’ monthly payroll computation work through Larona.
2. Organize payroll supporting documents of our clients (such as employees’ timesheets, update HR data like new hires and terminations, salary deductions, allowances, and changes on employees’ salary rates).
3. Perform monthly PPh 21 reconciliation processes.
4. Assist AOS Payroll Seniors to collect the required payroll data and information from the clients.
5. Assist AOS Payroll Seniors to prepare the monthly payroll reports and payslips of our clients.
6. Assist AOS Payroll Seniors to prepare BPJS schedules and send BPJS Invoice to our clients monthly.
7. Assist AOS Payroll Seniors to register and unregister employees from the BPJS online system.
8. Assist AOS Team in the monthly accounting compilation works if needed.
9. Report and answer to AOS Payroll Senior.

Requirements:

1. Strong team spirit, openness, common sense & dedication.
2. Holds at least an associate degree (D3) in Tax major or equivalent.
3. Fluent in verbal and written English.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Analytical and creative thinking.
6. Good self-organization skills.
7. Good self-presentation.
8. Experienced in Microsoft Office, Accounting System, etc.
9. Basic knowledge in PPh 21 (payroll tax).
10. Good command in PSAK and/or IFRS.
