Requirements:

• Age 22-35 years old
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Machine Technic, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in HVAC or refrigeration equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the Surabaya market and surrounding areas is an advantage.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both spoken and written) is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel within Surabaya and surrounding regions.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle (preferred).
• Basic understanding of refrigeration systems or willingness to learn technical details.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote refrigeration machines in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
• Identify and engage with potential customers, including industrial clients, distributors, and contractors.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
