Job description

Green Camp Bali is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Finance Staff to support our Business & Operations team.

In this role, you'll assist with accounts payable, receivable, and tax administration, ensuring accurate financial transactions and proper documentation. If you have a passion for finance and want to contribute to a dynamic, inclusive team, we want to hear from you!

TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR

  • Accounts Payable: Assist with bill payments, cash management, and banking transactions. Ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Accounts Receivable: Prepare and manage sales invoices, follow up on customer payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Procurement Support: Help prepare Purchase Requests (PR) as per the approval matrix.
  • Tax & Audit Support: Assist with data for tax compliance reports and audits. Ensure accurate documentation for tax and audit needs.

POSITION CRITERIA

  • Proven experience in finance or accounting field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Commitment to child protection and company policies.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS (by Indonesian Law)

  • Must hold at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field.
  • Must have experience teaching in that field for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Must not have any previous criminal convictions (legally required).
  • Must not have Child Protection concerns on file at previous schools or workplaces.
  • Must be able to provide an original copy of certifications, transcripts, diplomas and degrees (legally required).
