Junior Engineer - Extrusion

• Safe operation of the equipment and for stopping activities in the event of an unsafe condition, including to take emergency actions to safeguard equipment, processes, and people.
• Monitor & control plant performance parameters on extruders as per SOP.
• Operate extrusion line to ensure rated production, including ensuring the related 5S in the machine area, and create relevant record sheet and report.
• Manage line operators by giving proper instruction to move finished products to weighing station and subsequent to that to Finished Goods warehouse.
• Issue Maintenance report to maintenance department for maintenance-related issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferred from Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years experience in extrusion line, knowledge in PVC extrusion line or plastic industry.
• Operating knowledge of rotating equipment, extrusion machine, and other utility systems.
• Understanding and knowledge of HSE.
• Knowledge of material extruder, injection moulding, blow moulding.
• Basic English skill.
