JUNIOR COLLECTION FIELD (FIFGROUP KOTA SEMARANG II)

We are seeking a Junior Collection Field representative to join our team. The role involves engaging with customers to collect payments and resolve any issues related to their accounts.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field visits to customers to collect outstanding payments.
2. Negotiate payment plans and solutions with customers.
3. Document interactions and maintain accurate records of collections.
4. Provide excellent customer service and support.
5. Report on collection status and escalate issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must possess a valid Indonesian driver's license.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
5. Experience in collections or customer service is a plus.
