Junior Associate Lawyer

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Associate Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Prakoso and Co Law Firm in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. As a full-time member of our firm, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality legal services to our diverse client base across a range of practice areas.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting senior lawyers in conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing advice to clients
2. Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments
3. Supporting the team in handling litigation and dispute resolution matters
4. Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
5. Contributing to the firm's marketing and business development efforts
6. Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your legal skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

1. A Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
2. 1-3 years of experience in a legal or law firm environment, preferably in a generalist role
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
5. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. A keen interest in the legal field and a passion for providing exceptional client service
