Junior Accounting and Tax

About the role

We are seeking a talented Junior Accounting and Tax professional to join our dynamic team at Solusi Maxel Consultama. In this contract role based in Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Raya, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Accounting and Financial Reporting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports
• Performing general accounting tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Supporting the tax compliance process, including preparation of tax returns and liaising with relevant authorities
• Providing administrative support to the Accounting and Finance team as needed
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a professional services environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
