PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting our client in the manufacturing industry in hiring for a Junior Accounting position (fully remote, Houston time (CST)).

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1 year of proven working experience in Accounting.
• Fresh Graduates with strong academic achievement are also welcome to apply.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel). Previous experience in Netsuite is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a valued participant in a team-based environment.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• High Integrity, Proactive, and Willingness to learn is a MUST.

Job Descriptions:

Accounts Payable

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Reconcile credit cards and bank accounts.

Accounts Receivable/Inventory (Rotation)

• Monitor customer accounts, posting payments and tracking overdue invoices.
• Assist in reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment issues, including making collection calls.
• Preparing Inventory Count and analyzing any discrepancies.

General Accounting Support

• Assist in month-end closing procedures.
• Assist in financial management and analysis, as needed.
• Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
