Jr. QA Manual

Job Description:

1. Execute manual testing to ensure features function as expected.
2. Assist the team in investigating bugs and providing in-depth analysis of identified issues.
3. Work closely with developers in debugging and validating bug fixes.
4. Ensure optimal test coverage for each developed feature.
5. Participate in discussions and improvements to enhance the QA process for better efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Manual QA in the tech industry.
2. Strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
3. Previously worked with or currently learning automation testing as part of skill development.
4. Experience in creating test cases, test plans, and documenting test results.
5. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, QASE, Xray, Postman, or similar for bug tracking and API testing.
6. Knowledge of testing methodologies such as functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote work settings.
