Maintaining and increasing sales growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team (from KC Softex or distributors and outlets) to promote and sell KC Softex’s products.
Coordinating the selling activities with a distributor to maintain service level and/or sales growth.
Ensuring our product is always available and visible to hit sales targets and growth.
Coordinate daily sales activities and create and analyze weekly/monthly sales reports.
Implementing, and evaluating strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base, ensure its strong presence, and identify new market opportunities.
Executing sales activities 50%, building communication & engagement with external distributor/outlet 30%, reporting 20%
Requirements:
Minimum D3/ S1 any major.
Minimum 1-year experience in the same or related position
Experienced in handling local key accounts/baby shops will be a plus.
Having good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Have good leadership skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
