Daya Dimensi Indonesia (DaDi) is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our Research & Development team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a background in business analysis, financial modeling, or related fields, who are eager to learn and explore the talent management industry.

Job Description:

1. Be a part of the Research and Development Team (Applied Science and Imagination Center/ASIC).
2. Identify and analyze companies' annual reports to support business overview and decision-making.
3. Compile findings and assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
4. Involved in technological and psychometrical projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, majoring in Economy/Business/Management.
2. Experience in Research (Both Quantitative & Qualitative) & Academic Writing.
3. Passionate about exploring the interplay between economy/business outlook and organizations' talent management.
4. Adept with Statistical Analysis (SPSS, JASP, R, etc.) and annual report reading skills.
