Jr. Backend Engineer (Talent Pool)

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Junior Backend Engineer to join our client's team in Jakarta. As a Junior Backend Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain backend applications and services for our client's projects.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
3. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in Backend Engineering, or related fields.
3. Strong programming skills in multiple stack languages, including but not limited to: Golang, Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C++, etc.
4. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
6. Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Excellent communication skills in English.
9. Must be able to work on-site in Jakarta.
