Job Opening: ERP SPECIALIST/SYSTEM ANALYST

This position involves being responsible for the ERP System currently implemented in the company, along with the manufacturing, sales, and accounting business processes. You will manage and optimize the ERP System, working with users from different divisions related to data input and reporting activities. Considerable SQL Query knowledge is a plus. Preferably reside in the Tangerang area.

To be successful in this role, candidates will need to have:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, System Information, or Computerized Accounting with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience using manufacturing ERP Systems such as INFOR, EPICOR, BAAN, SAP, or MICROSOFT DYNAMICS.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL and Reporting Tools (Crystal Report, Active Report, etc.) is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site on weekdays and Saturdays (half-day).
• Preferably current residence in Tangerang.

Candidate’s Responsibilities:

• Learn the existing ERP System and manage, optimize, and synchronize it with actual conditions.
• Provide solutions to users’ issues related to ERP System data input and reporting; consult with the ERP System consultant if necessary.
• Conduct trial runs and simulations of new modules/features of the current ERP System and present them to management.
• Create Work Instructions or SOPs to guide end users.
• Maintain server and PCs of users.
