[Jendela] Personal Assistant to Head of Operations & Sales

As a Personal Assistant, you will support the Head of Operations & Sales in daily tasks, including schedule management, coordination with internal and external teams, and handling various administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provides support to the Head of Operations & Sales
  2. Handles miscellaneous administrative tasks (retrieves documents, records, and reports) for the Head of Operations & Sales as directed
  3. Prepare reports, presentations, and key documents related to operations and sales.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate communication with internal teams, clients, and business partners.
  5. Monitor and follow up on various tasks and ongoing projects.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and executive information.
  7. Provide other administrative support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or a similar role.
  3. Proactive, able to multitask, and highly detail-oriented.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  6. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
