Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java programming and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE).
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and management capabilities.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Willing to work in Batam/Nongsa (On-site).
