Travel Agents/Consultants (Hospitality & Tourism)

Responsibilities

1. Planning and Designing Travel Packages to Japan
   • Propose travel plans tailored to customer needs.
   • Create original tours that highlight seasonal and regional characteristics.
2. Coordination Tasks
   • Arrange and book hotels, tourist attractions, and transportation in Japan (buses, trains, rental cars, etc.).
   • Organize reservations for restaurants and event tickets.
3. Liaising and Negotiating with Japanese Partners
   • Communicate and negotiate with Japanese partner companies (hotels, travel agencies, tour guide companies, etc.).
   • Conduct negotiations on contract terms and pricing.
4. Customer Support
   • Handle customer inquiries and consultations about travel plans via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
   • Provide explanations and adjustments for proposed travel plans.
   • Respond promptly to issues or changes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Creating Travel Materials
   • Develop travel brochures, itineraries, and informational materials in Japanese or Indonesian.
   • Research and document Japanese culture and tourist destinations.
6. On-site Support (as needed)
   • Provide on-site assistance for group tours or special events.
   • Offer emergency support during delays or cancellations.
7. Internal Coordination
   • Coordinate tasks and monitor progress with team members.
   • Propose and implement ideas for workflow improvement.
8. Complaint Handling and Service Improvement
   • Collect feedback and opinions from customers.
   • Propose and execute ideas to enhance service quality.
9. Translation and Interpretation in Japanese
   • Provide interpretation for internal meetings and external business discussions.
   • Translate materials between Japanese and Indonesian as required.
