Job description
  • Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Back Office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payments (office rent, utilities, and other expenses).
  • Prepare and maintain documents (contracts, agreements, etc.).
  • Assist with reception duties (greeting visitors, etc.).
  • Handle internal and external inquiries as the main contact point.
  • Provide basic translation and interpretation support (Japanese ⇔ English/Bahasa Indonesia) if needed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in back-office, administration, HR, or general affairs is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Able to communicate with Japanese staff in simple conversations.
  • Maximum 35 years old.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • English skill is a must.
