Job description
Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking for
Japanese Speaker Back Office.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage monthly payments (office rent, utilities, and other expenses).
Prepare and maintain documents (contracts, agreements, etc.).
Assist with reception duties (greeting visitors, etc.).
Handle internal and external inquiries as the main contact point.
Provide basic translation and interpretation support (Japanese ⇔ English/Bahasa Indonesia) if needed.
Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Experience in back-office, administration, HR, or general affairs is a plus.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Able to communicate with Japanese staff in simple conversations.
Maximum 35 years old.
Proactive and able to work independently.
English skill is a must.
