IT System Support

Responsible for monitoring the performance of computer networks used by IT systems, assisting in the analysis of new systems, creating documentation for software and users, assisting in providing ICT infrastructure and contributing to helping organizations grow better with the best IT solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate IT system implementation
• Experience with SQL Server (RDBMS), data export in Excel and/or SQL Scripting
• Familiar with computer programming, preferably in PHP, Java Script or any programming language is a plus
• Familiar with Windows/Linux Server (Windows 2012 R2 Server and/or Debian/Red Hat based Distro)
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive and constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
