IT System Analyst

We're looking for an experienced IT System Analyst to be part of our team. Work on exciting projects for our International customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work with the technical teams to plan and manage design and development sprints.
2. Collect, analyze requirements and confirm the functional requirements of the system to be developed.
3. Create weekly, sprint and monthly management reports.
4. Provide support regarding the preparation and execution of tests, including in the preparation of test scenarios and test scripts.
5. Assist with developing business cases for future expansion projects.
6. Present regular project reports to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 2 year(s) of experience within IT System Analysis.
2. Familiar with project planning, scheduling, and resourcing.
3. Familiar with software development and network/data centre operations.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Experience with Jira and Confluence.
6. Experience with creating business requirements.
7. Good communication, interpersonal skills, able to communicate in English and Indonesian.
8. High levels of integrity and self-motivation, honest, responsible with work.
9. Familiar working with deadlines.
