IT Support & Networking (Placement Bintaro)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage, monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure services
2. Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for endpoint devices
3. Manage IT asset and reports
4. Support end-user related IT infrastructure service including procedural documentation and relevant reports
5. Provide user tools for new employees or current employees
6. Support customer networks problem (review and troubleshooting)
7. Manage software access for employees

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Computer Science / Information Technology
2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
3. Experience in managing troubleshooting hardware & software, network, etc.
4. Experience in using security systems: Mikrotik & Fortinet
5. Good knowledge of Linux Operating System
6. Fast learner and self-motivated
7. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
8. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
