Genesis Global Community School is an IB School located in BSD, Tangerang. We aim to offer diverse global learning experiences, breaking traditional boundaries, and equipping students to succeed in an interconnected world.

Genesis Global Community School is looking for IT Support.

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide first level support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
2. Provide information and guidance to users on computer usage and troubleshooting.
3. Assist in setting up new computers, hardware, and software for employees.
4. Install and configure software, operating systems, and applications for the team.
5. Assist in maintaining the company’s network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.).
6. Monitor system performance, ensuring uptime and optimal performance.
7. Assist with regular system backups and data recovery procedures.
8. Manage hardware assets, including tracking inventory, ordering new equipment, and disposing of old equipment.
9. Assist with the procurement of new hardware and software based on department needs.
10. Assist in ensuring the company’s systems are protected from security breaches and data loss.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related role.
3. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
4. Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication skills to provide clear support and guidance to non-technical users.
