IT Support

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
3. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, operating systems, and software applications.
4. Set up and maintain network devices such as routers and switches.
5. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
6. Train and guide end-users on IT systems and best practices.
7. Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure proper asset management.
8. Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
9. Enforce IT security policies to protect organizational systems.
10. Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and network improvements.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in IT support or related roles.
2. Educational background in IT, computer science, or related fields.
3. Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networking principles.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Windows Server.
5. Basic understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, and network services.
6. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication skills & English proficiency.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, both independently and in a team.
