The IT Supervisor at Autoliv Indonesia will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring that the company's technology infrastructure is both efficient and aligned with business objectives. This role includes managing local IT systems, implementing IT strategies, ensuring system security, troubleshooting issues, overseeing IT projects, and driving digital innovation throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an IT supervisory role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, application development, or project management.
• Proficiency in IT domains such as:
  • IT infrastructure management (networks, servers, and virtualization)
  • IT service delivery, user support, and troubleshooting
  • Application development and programming (e.g., .Net C#, SQL, etc.)
  • Data analytics tools (Power BI, Advanced Excel & Macros)
  • Business process automation and digital transformation
  • Security, governance, and compliance (SOX, ITGC, TISAX, etc.)
  • Project management and budgeting aligned with business strategy
• Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and data analytics, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet project deadlines or critical business needs.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• IT Operations Management:
  • Oversee IT systems and infrastructure management to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of systems, verifying hardware, server resources, and key processes.
  • Ensure data security, network access, and proper backup systems are in place, with compliance to relevant standards and policies.
  • Troubleshoot system failures promptly and communicate effectively with stakeholders to minimize disruptions.
  • Manage the IT budget, ensuring the cost-effective allocation of resources for IT operations and projects.
• Project Management & System Development:
  • Lead IT initiatives aimed at automating business processes, improving data management, and increasing overall operational efficiency.
  • Lead IT projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure they meet business objectives and are completed on time.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global IT teams on joint projects and system integrations.
  • Drive digital innovation by leading the development and enhancement of business applications and tools.
  • Be able to design, develop, and maintain small-scale local systems or applications using company-approved tools (e.g., .Net C#, SQL).
• Provide first-line support for local systems, applications, and business tools, ensuring rapid response to user issues.
• Collaborate with regional/global IT teams to resolve issues related to regional/global applications.
• Focus on delivering high-quality, professional IT support to end users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Security, Compliance, and Risk Management:
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in IT systems and business applications.
  • Implement data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies to protect against data loss or system failure.
  • Ensure adherence to all security policies and compliance requirements (SOX, ITGC, TISAX, etc.), conducting regular audits and reviews.
• Continuous Improvement & Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor system and application performance, reporting issues and making recommendations for improvements to the ASEAN IT Manager.
  • Continuously evaluate IT processes, systems, and applications, looking for opportunities to implement innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Promote and explore opportunities for automating repetitive tasks, reporting, and business processes.
• Leadership & Development:
  • Supervise and mentor Junior IT staff, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to business users on tools like Power BI, Excel, and internal applications.
  • Continuously pursue self-development by learning new IT trends, tools, and methodologies to add value to the organization.
