IT Staff (Application Developer Support)

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English is a must (Would be directly report to expatriate). Interview process will be in English. Please don't apply if you can't communicate with English.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an IT staff.
• Proficiency in main stack such as:
  - .Net Core / .Net Framework C# (MVC)
  - UI Development (React or other)
  - API (REST, SOAP, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC)
  - Data analytics tools (Power BI, Advanced Excel & Macros)
• Proficiency in additional technologies such as:
  - UI Path (RPA)
  - Sharepoint
  
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and data analytics, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet project deadlines or critical business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Application development based on the local requirement or Yokoten the inhouse-application from other countries (e.g., Thailand)
• Local application support
• TISAX, Security, Compliance and Audit related coordinator for IT functions
