Support and Manage Network Infrastructure

1. Managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing network infrastructure WAN and LAN.
2. Provides technical support on site or remote access diagnoses and resolution for the network.
3. Provides input in planning and design for network specifications for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
4. Serves as a liaison between other technical staff, management, and vendors regarding service requests, usage, standards, security, and other technical matters.
5. Serves as technical expert providing support to other IT staff.
6. Develops operational, installation, and upgrade procedures to be used by other staff for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
7. Site supported: Cepu, Jakarta (travel is required – if needed).

Support and Manage Telecommunication Systems/Radio

1. Managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing telecommunication systems/radio.
2. Provides technical support on site or remote access diagnoses and resolution for the systems.
3. Serves as a liaison between other technical staff, management, and vendors regarding service requests, usage, standards, security, and other technical matters.
4. Serves as technical expert providing support to other IT staff.
5. Develops operational, installation, and upgrade procedures to be used by other staff for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
