IT STAFF

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.

Installation, maintenance and troubleshoot Hardware (Computer, Notebook, Printer, Scanner, Radio Wireless, Router/Switch, Server, CCTV, UPS) and Software (email, ERP System).

Responsible for IT assets and ensure the assets are properly recorded in the asset management system.

Ensure the local area network connectivity and CCTV in the work environment function properly.

Ensure the radio communication lines are clean and safe, minimizing downtime of radio communication equipment units.

Report to IT Manager on a weekly & monthly basis.

Requirements:

Min. Associate Degree/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information System, or related fields.

Min. 5 years experience in the same position.

Proficient in PC Troubleshooting, Networking (MikroTik/Ubiquity), and Radio Communication.

Able to work independently & under pressure.
