IT Sr. Manager (Software Development & Infra)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic IT Head to lead our IT department, overseeing a range of critical functions including cyber security, ERP implementation, IT SOP, AI implementation, software and system development, and system integration. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operational:

1. Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring efficient operation and high performance across various functions.
2. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems, particularly ERP systems, and ensure integration with other platforms.
3. Develop, enforce, and continuously improve IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency and security.
4. Implement and maintain robust cyber security measures to protect company data and IT assets.
5. Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the IT team, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle business and technical challenges.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT projects support overall business objectives.

AI Technology:

1. Design and develop AI frameworks that align with the organization's objectives and ensure their successful implementation.
2. Oversee the integration of AI solutions within business processes to support digital transformation, automation, and improved decision-making.
3. Stay updated on emerging technologies, particularly AI, and industry trends to propose and implement innovative solutions.
4. Ability to analyze complex business problems and design AI solutions to address them.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
6. Familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities within the Indonesian market.

Development & Apps:

1. Lead the development of software solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business needs.
2. Oversee the integration of systems, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between various platforms.
3. Proficiency in software development in designing and implementing AI solutions within a corporate environment, methodologies, and project management practices.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing IT operations, with expertise in cyber security, ERP implementation, and system integration.
3. Strong understanding of IT SOP development and enforcement.
4. Experience with AI technologies and their practical applications in business settings.
5. Excellent in English.
6. Preferable person who can set up and develop from scratch.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks.
