IT Specialist

About the role

PT Nardevchem Kemindo is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our company's IT infrastructure and systems. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional development and growth within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Administering and maintaining computer networks, servers, and related IT systems
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting to users, ensuring efficient and effective operation of IT systems
• Implementing and configuring new hardware and software solutions to meet the company's evolving needs
• Monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives
• Documenting and maintaining detailed records of IT processes and procedures
• Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends, including ERP (SAP, Oracle / D365 F&O etc) technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our systems

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT support or systems administration role
• Strong technical skills in network administration, server management, and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with enterprise-level hardware and software, including operating systems, databases, and cloud-based technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve IT-related issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Proactive and customer-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT, such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+, are preferred
