IT Software Engineer

IT Software Engineer Responsibilities

• ERP System Implementation and Support: Implement and maintain ERP systems to ensure seamless operation and user satisfaction.
• User Assistance and Troubleshooting: Provide comprehensive user support, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Daily System Monitoring: Oversee daily ERP system activities, ensuring optimal performance and timely follow-up with users.
• User Request Analysis: Develop a thorough understanding of user requests, including their context and background, to provide effective solutions.
• Software Development: Develop and implement IT software within the Secom Indonesia environment, ensuring it meets organizational needs and standards.
• Bug and Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and manage bugs and defects throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Minimum S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in IT Support or ERP Support roles.
• ERP Knowledge: Basic understanding of ERP concepts, with a preference for proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
