About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our IT security team as a Vice President of Cybersecurity. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in our cybersecurity product and services portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT security, product development, and managed security services, with a proven track record of leadership in the cybersecurity domain. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT security industry, including several years in leadership positions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for IT security products and services that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and growth in the cybersecurity product and services portfolio.

Product Development:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative IT security products that address emerging threats and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure security products are market-leading and deliver exceptional value.

Managed Security Services:

• Oversee the development and delivery of managed security services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Implement best practices for service management, including monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.

Cybersecurity Operations:

• Lead the cybersecurity operations team to protect the organization's assets, data, and infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure the implementation of robust security policies, procedures, and technologies to mitigate risks and enhance security posture.

Customer Engagement and Support:

• Work closely with customers to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer loyalty.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Build and lead a high-performing IT security team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities for team members to advance their skills and careers.

What We Offer:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering IT security products and managed security services.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, threat landscape, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities.
• Experience in a similar industry or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Certifications in relevant cybersecurity disciplines (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
