Position: Full time

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Security Operation Center (SOC) - L1 to join our team in Surabaya. Job Description:

  • Monitor, manage, and respond to security events.
  • Identify, assess, and quantify incidents, ensuring timely reporting, communication, mitigation, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee the integration of both standard and custom log sources into the SOC platform.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support SOC operations and provide regular presentations on key insights.

Requirements:

  • Preferable Certifications: CEH, CHFI, ECSA, or ECIH certification (additional relevant information security certifications are highly desirable).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in incident management and response, with hands-on knowledge of SIEM tools and security device management.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in IT security, with in-depth understanding of cyber-attacks, threat vectors, risk management, and incident handling. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Threat Management Expertise: Proven experience in identifying and managing security threats.
  • Reporting and Documentation Skills: Proficiency in preparing detailed reports, dashboards, and other documentation.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability and Teamwork: Positive attitude, fast learner, and effective team player.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work under challenging conditions and extended hours as needed. Able to work in clients' environments and work in Shift (24x7).
  • Willingness to Learn: Open to learning new security technologies to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Preferably domicile in Surabaya.
