About the role

As the IT Portfolio & Assets Management Head at PT Bussan Auto Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management of the company's IT portfolio and assets. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta. You will play a crucial role in aligning the IT strategy with the overall business objectives, ensuring the efficient utilisation and optimisation of the company's IT resources.

What you'll be doing

We are seeking an experienced IT Portfolio & Asset Management Head to develop and implement a comprehensive IT portfolio management framework, ensuring effective prioritization and governance of IT investments. This role involves overseeing IT assets, including hardware, software, and infrastructure, while conducting regular vendor assessments to optimize performance and cost savings.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into IT solutions and provide strategic recommendations to IT leadership on investment decisions. Additionally, they will establish IT governance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field and has at least 5 years of experience in a multifinance company managing IT portfolios and assets. Advanced proficiency in Excel and expertise in portfolio and asset management are required, with relevant certifications being an added advantage. This role also includes leading and managing a team of IT professionals to drive successful IT initiatives within the organization.
