IT Ops & Infrastructure

Job Description:

1. Well understanding of cloud technology
2. Building systems from scratch
3. Experience in server migration (from premises to cloud, from cloud to cloud)
4. Application support, configurations, installations, and troubleshooting
5. Database maintenance, application and infrastructure monitoring
6. Network management and firewall management
7. Service desk support, IT operations help desk and support
8. Monitoring network infrastructure and traffic flow
9. Setting up and authorizing software & hardware (deployment, upgrade, and support), and server resources for new users
10. Assisting in developing operating, installation, and upgrade procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage, and software
11. Assisting in documenting current hardware and network environments, including servers, PCs, IT security, and network systems

Qualifications:

1. Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science
2. 5-10 years of experience in IT Operations & Infrastructure, including network, server, database, storage, IT security, etc.
3. Experience in cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure, etc.), troubleshooting and migration, network domain & infrastructure
4. Experience in designing, supervising, and participating in implementing technology and platforms that support data infrastructure
5. Experience in designing the network infrastructure in the company
6. Performed site reliability testing and managed hardware and cloud storage systems
