IT OPERATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SECTION HEAD

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational maintenance, development, and optimization of IT systems to ensure seamless business operations.
• Manage and lead the IT team to deliver high-quality software and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications, databases, and operational systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify system improvements and align IT strategies with business needs.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of operational IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement solutions for process automation and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational reports, and user guides.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support IT operations and project implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT development and operational roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Mastering the operation of Amazon Web Services, Azure.
• Strong knowledge in Linux operation and scripting with Bash, familiar with various SQL or NoSQL databases, experienced in the use of GIT Source Control.
• Have 3+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer.
• Having experience with the list below is a big plus:
  a. CI/CD with Jenkins or others
  b. Orchestration with Kubernetes or others
  c. Container with Docker or others.
• Preferable:
  Have at least one of AWS, Azure certification.
