IT Operation Staff

We are seeking an IT Operation Staff with expertise in Microsoft system administration, local network configuration, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity. The ideal candidate should have analytical thinking, logical problem-solving skills, risk-based decision-making abilities, and be willing to work outside regular hours when required.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain daily IT operations to ensure high-quality IT services with maximum uptime.
• Inspect computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboard, etc.) to ensure functionality.
• Maintain productive and effective communication with vendors.
• Create and manage user accounts, emails, and email groups, including adding and removing group members.
• Set up workstations and necessary peripheral devices (printers, monitors, projectors, etc.).
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
• Provide user orientation and guidance on how to operate software, computer equipment, and IT services.
• Develop and update user manuals for IT services.
• Back up data and wipe devices of employees who have left the company.
• Troubleshoot IT issues, diagnose and resolve problems (repair/replace components, debugging).
• Develop and maintain the local network to optimize performance without compromising security.
• Ensure network and computer system security and privacy.
• Schedule and implement system upgrades and maintenance without disrupting employee productivity.
• Maintain records of repairs, troubleshooting logs, and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or Cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Entra ID.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange (2019 & Online).
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft Intune.
• Skilled in using Microsoft 365 (Office 365), including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and user account administration.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting local networks (LAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, Firewall, VPN, etc.).
• Good understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking technologies.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, including system hardening, firewalls, encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and email security.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Strong analytical, logical, and risk-based thinking.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Fast learner with a willingness to stay up to date with the latest IT technologies and trends.
• Willing to work outside regular hours if required.
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of network protocols and services.
• Familiarity with CLI (Command Line Interface) is a plus.
• Experience in Project Management is a plus.
