• Bachelor degree in Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Information Management/Electrical Telecommunications Engineering
• More than 7 years’ experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Security
• 5+ years of expertise in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including firewalls, routing, switching, wireless communications, and monitoring applications
• Experience in maintaining an enterprise-level infrastructure and policies that comply with information security standards such as SAS70/ISO 27001 (Policies, standards, baseline, guidelines)
• Strong knowledge of production environments management parameters such as high availability, capacity planning, licensing needs, upgrade processes, incident management, support SLAs and KPIs, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and real-time replications
• Knowledgeable in Risk Management, BCP and DRP, IT Enterprise Security Infrastructure, and IT service management

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage end-to-end IT operation activity to ensure efficient and effective delivery of BSS (Business Support Systems), ESS (Enterprise Support Systems), Office IT Automation, IT Infrastructure
• Responsible to establish proper information security control to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information processed and stored in ISS Indonesia
• Ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement of IT Infrastructure operation processes
• Manage IT Managed Service (MS)
• Manage incident and problem, identify root cause of incidents, define action plan, and follow up for remediation
• Lead the company’s information security function according to industry standards
• Create and maintain the Company secure network architecture design
• Improve Enterprise IT processes, Office IT service stability, and performance
• Assist in performance and capacity monitoring mechanism for Enterprise Computing and Workstation allocation availability
