IT Network Administrator at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring information systems and IT services can be accessed by users both from the internal network of the UMN campus and via the Internet;
• Ensuring the internal network connection of the UMN campus, both based on wifi, UTP cable and fiber optic is available as needed, runs well and is reliable and can reach the study area and student activities;
• Ensuring Internet network connections, network devices and security systems are running well and reliably;
• Setting up a network and Internet connection for events in the UMN campus environment;
• Identify and analyze security threats and respond to issues related to IT systems and devices;
• Provide assistance to other parties / sections / departments related to the implementation and maintenance of voice communication systems and devices (example: PABX, VoIP);
• Ensuring configuration documentation for systems and devices is always available and up-to-date;
• Coordinate with the IT Helpdesk related to requests and ensure compliance with the established SLA.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum S1 majoring in IT or computer related;
• Proficient in Cyber Security Domain is Preferable;
• Have knowledge and understanding of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.;
• Mastering and familiar with network and Internet management tools;
• Willing to be contacted 24/7.
