Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the development and execution of IT strategy, infrastructure, and applications. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for IT professionals to deliver innovative and effective technology solutions that support growth and success. You will work closely with team leadership to understand business needs and create an actionable technological roadmap to achieve business objectives.

The IT Manager is responsible for all IT (Information Technology) aspects in the organization including needs assessment, solution evaluation, vendor selection, and implementation, as well as integration with vendors. The IT Manager reports to the Financial Controller/Operation Manager/General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT strategies, policies, and procedures of Accor policy.
• Manage and support all the systems in the hotel.
• Provide in-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting.
• Coordinate, manage and oversee projects, document process.
• Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network.
• Manage system changes with appropriate support staff to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Liaise with vendors and work with users at all levels.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• Preferably experiences in International Chain 4 Stars Hotel.
• 2+ years in management role and experience working with Opera System.
• Hands-on experience with help desk services, asset management tools, and project management tools.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and cost reduction strategies.
• Proactive in managing multiple projects and teams of resources concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications and project management software tools.
• Continuous improvement mindset that works to prepare the company for the future.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to manage projects from conception to completion.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
