IT INFSTRUCTURE SUPPORT (ON-SITE)

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma of Computer Science/Information Engineering/Information System
• Max. 35 years old
• 3 years experience as IT Network & Infrastructure
• Experience working at an ICT System Integrator is a plus
• Preferred knowledge in computer networking, hardware, software, documentation, and project delivery
• Certified with CCNA/CCNP
• Having SIM A & C will be an advantage
• Willing to travel around Indonesia
• Willing to be placed all around Indonesia

Job Descriptions:

• Administrate all infrastructure systems (including network systems & network security, hardware, software, etc.)
• Perform maintenance and provide solution assistance on various hardware and software
• Execute maintenance and repair of all IT assets on client sites
• Provide the best solutions to maintain performance according to SLA
• Review and provide feedback for information security fixes
