IT Infrastructure Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain servers, computers, network devices, storage systems, and peripheral devices.
2. Manage operating systems, software applications, and security software.
3. Ensure hardware and software are up-to-date and patched.
4. Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
5. Troubleshoot network issues and ensure network performance and security.
6. Manage and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and power systems.
7. Ensure data center security and compliance.
8. Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and databases.
9. Ensure cloud infrastructure security and compliance.
10. Implement and manage IT service management processes, such as incident management, problem management, and change management.
11. Monitor IT infrastructure performance and identify areas for improvement.
12. Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT infrastructure and data.
13. Monitor for security threats and respond to security incidents.
14. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with IT infrastructure.
15. Document and communicate technical solutions.
16. Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including planning, implementation, and testing.
17. Manage project timelines and budgets.
18. Document IT infrastructure configurations and procedures.
19. Provide training to end-users on IT infrastructure tools and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and technologies.
2. Experience with hardware, software, and network management.
3. Experience with cloud infrastructure management.
4. Experience with IT service management (ITSM) processes.
5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
6. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
